We specialise in building homes that are sympathetic to their surroundings and are always interested to hear about new land opportunities. Our land team can work closely with you to devise the best possible outcome for your land, whether that be in the form of an unconditional sale, subject to planning, option agreement or joint venture. In particular we are looking for land that falls within the areas highlighted on the map and has some of the following criteria:
- Greenfield sites bordering a town or village
- Residential property with a large garden or associated piece of land
- Brownfield sites
- Vacant, or soon to be vacant, commercial buildings with good parking provision inside a town or village
- Rural or urban locations
- 0.5 acres +
